Teian also considered incorporating these vibrant metal colours during the initial product design phase, but we ultimately decided against it. Our reasons are that this chemical process is harmful to environmental protection, and we cannot guarantee that the results will comply with the product safety standards of various countries (mainly exceeding the limits for chromium and benzene). However, the oxidation process is crucial for improving the surface hardness and insulation properties of our products, such as screws and rails, so we use a natural metal colour oxidation process.
However, we have noticed a growing demand from customers for added colours, so we are considering offering customised colour services in the future. Please note that this will only be available for wholesale customers, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused to our customers.
